Although Nordic Fish Exports is strident in ensuring completeness, accuracy, and trustworthyness by consistently reconciling data to governmental publications, the company can not guarantee perfect accuracy in all matters and is not responsible for errors or decisions arising from the usage of the services. The services are strictly illustrations and not sound financial advice for users.

All content on the platform, including but not limited to code, visuals, charts, graphics, design elements, interface and software are property of Nordic Fish Exports and protected by copyright.
Representation and distribution

Nordic Fish Exports reserves intellectual property rights to the services.

The services are exclusively intended for internal use and can not be shared freely without permisson from Nordic Fish Exports. If shared, users must give proper attribution to Nordic Fish Exports.
- You may not:
  - Resell or redistribute the company’s services as a primary product or service
  - Reproduce or repackage substantial parts of the platform, its design, or its data for commercial gain
  - Imply cooperation, certification, or endorsement with Nordic Fish Exports without prior written consent
Legal conditions

Breach of the terms of service may lead to a termination of access or legal action.

Nordic Fish Exports emphasizes that the breach of the terms of service can always be solved with honest dialog. However, if this is not possible, any legal matters shall be settled according to the law of the Faroe Islands.
